Rinku Singh and KL Rahul turned out to be 2 of the big misses from India’s 15-member squad for the T20 World Cup. The BCCI announced a 15-member squad for the ICC T20 World Cup, where Rinku has been included as a reserve player. Meanwhile, Rahul did not feature in the Indian team at all.
Rahul missed out completely from the World Cup squad as Sanju Samson and Rishabh Pant have been chosen as the specialist wicketkeeper-batters in the team.
India will play their first match against Ireland on June 5. Their next encounter will be a high-octane clash agianst Pakistan on June 9 in the USA.
