US Vice President JD Vance on Friday reiterated President Donald Trump’s plans to take control of Greenland as he blasted Denmark for “not doing a good job” by the people of the territory. Speaking during his visit to US troops at the Pituffik Space Base, alongside his wife and other officials, the 40-year-old, however, assured the Greenlanders that the US would not use military force to annex the territory from Denmark. Instead, he urged the people to cut ties with the Scandinavian nation, which has owned Greenland for over 300 years.
